Congratulations, jmarcus. I got mine in February. One of my two Epsons still works too. At one point both Epsons had shutter problems, and Steve was able only to solve the problem on one of them (the other one is still waiting for me to send it to Japan Exposures.) Coincidentally, I have both the Epson and Leica in my bag today. And when I use the Epson now I keep forgetting to cock the shutter

I miss the handling of the R-D1s and the fold away screen. The screen on the M9 looks so "bolted on" really kind of a shame for such a nice camera.

You know I still feel the same way when I shoot with my M8 which I've been doing exclusively for a while now. It is comfortable in my hand but it is a comfort that I've had to learn. The RD1 feels right from the instant you pick it up. If I only shot 50/75mm equivalents I'd still use it all the time. As it is, I feel like my Nokton 1.1 has more of a place on the RD1 than it does on the M8.
Hopefully my shutter will break before Epson stops doing repairs. It'd be nice to have them go over it before they discontinue service (whenever that is.)
