It's not difficult at all, you have first to cover with some tape (maskin or duck tape) the rubber surface and the inside parts, then wear latex gloves, clean with cotton with alcohol all the surface of the grip, let it dry. Use a spray (lacke or some automotive paint) thinking in 20 to 30 cm. from the grip (to avoid bubbles or excess of paint), little by little, let dry, continue, let dry continue... and finally you will have a side grip of the coluor that you want 😉
There are another proffessional methods, but this is the most simple one.
