and before you reference some pancake lens... perhaps think about why a company chooses to use more glass in a lens.

I'm interested in it as a video camera, contingent on whether it can record at cropped sensor areas. The director's viewfinder function may allow it.

But any lens is little on this knock-off from Sony A7. 🙂

Put a 50mm Elmar on it and a potato masher flash gun and it would make a great 21st century Weegee press camera.

With a 1/30s flash sync, it is indeed in the same ballpark as a Speed Graphic equipped with a Supermatic shutter (1/25s).

The 45/2.8 is a great lens. Same optical formula as the DP2 / DP2 Merrill / DP2 Quattro.

Camera has dust and splash proof and IS. I bet it has dust shake.

No sensor based image stabilization, therefore no dust shake.

Guys, someone please test drive that FP with wide angle lens. I almost got the nikon Zs for using a sleeping leica M mount Hologon 16mm and Super Angulon 21mm!

Well, they have to fit in the aperture ring, the AF mechanism, etc.

But any lens is little on this knock-off from Sony A7. 🙂

Well, it is a big body, but the lens is not huge.
