So it seems to be enough interest in a csc version of the camera, that someone has started a petition.. Since I still own and use m43 cameras, I hope this gets some traction w/ the product line managers over at Sigma to at least think about it as opposed to releasing a new lens mount design if they do decide to add any type of csc to their lineup.

Right now I am thinking m43 Panasonic gx7 w/ pany 12-32, Sigma m43 w/pany 20 and my Olympus epl1 ir converted w/ sigma 60 as a great all around kit to mix and match around.
- same set of lens over three bodies
- fast af better high iso w/ gx7
- foveon for the detail
- ir when needed

I have had my gx7 now for about 2 weeks and I am pretty impressed w/ it. The gap between apsc and m43 sensors is closing. The big issue seems to be getting past the 16mp barrier for those interested in more megapixels. A 15mega photosite foveon sensor would just blow away what is out their already in terms of fine detail, color and tonal quality IMHO. The af speed on the gx7 is very good.. For how I use it, I cannot tell the difference between it and the em5 when using the same lens on both bodies. I love the spot af implementation and this is the first touch screen implementation I actually like. The in body image stabilization from the em5 blows away the gx7 (so will remain my long lens solution). I am still waiting on my 12-32 pre-order though. I tend to like Fuji and foveon colors better but I can manipulate in post the m43 colors to be close.

FF with native lenses.

I really doubt that a Foveon sensor could play well with M mounts below 50.

Yes agree. Actually I like native af lenses better these days. Having legacy lens option is more of a nice to have and fun thing to do sort of thing to me.

I'd prefer if it were a mirrorless camera with an APS-C sized Foveon sensor, but the great thing about a m4/3 Foveon MILC would be the range of already existing lenses from which to choose.
