Sigma MC-11 EF-E with Canon TS-E 24mm not working?

I have the Sony A7Riii with Sigma MC-11 EF-E adapter and a Canon 24mm TS-E II lens.

I have seen this combo work on YouTube clips, however I can't get the aperture control to work.

Does anyone here have som experience with this?
