Canada, eh.
We're all photographers, right? What's been you most difficult/reluctant subject? For me, it's been my wife. If you feel like sharing, please use this thread to post a pic of your significant other, (if you have one, of course) so we can see who you're atttached to. 🙂

My wife hates being photographed. But here's one I managed with my Holga

Nice thread, Frank. I took this a year of two ago, while we were horsing around in the backyard. My daughter now has a full set of front teeth 🙂.

They're actually my favorite subjects, the most reluctant subject being myself 😉

Two shots of my esposa, one normal and one when we are playing "photoshoot".

Here's a shot of Julie, taken last weekend. She normally frowns at the camera; we'd been wine-tasting all day so she was feeling a bit more mellow!

Hmmm, our 17th wedding anniversary tomorrow...

Ok, not the most current, but I think Frank hit on it. It's sometimes easier to get toothpaste back in the tube than to get a decent, 15 second smile.

Anyway, the one with the coffee cup is usually how I see her anyway. Even after 26 years

The other half with my daughter taken in St James Park. The reason for the glad rags was a visit to St James Palace for my daughter to meet Prince Philip and get her Gold Award.

My most dificult model is mi querida Amita 🙂

The only way to take a picture of her with a SLR is a 300mm lens, with a Contax G I can get close enough for a 50 and this one was made with a Contax TVS at something between 28 and 50 on Kodak BW400cn last year in a Bakery in Matanzas/Cuba.

And no, she is not cuban, she's as german as I am but her father came from Ghana.

My wife is much better about letting me take her picture than she used to be. Unfortuately, most of my photos of her don't turn out right.

Here's one that did.

When I ask her to pose, she usually gets a I-just-sucked-on-a-lemon look. However, here we were having a good time at the local Octoberfest.
Married 26 years.
