I like it. Well done. And I'll bring up a sometimes-controversial topic-- titles. You've chosen to title it "Silence," and I believe this title is appropriate, and does somewhat enhance my appreciation of the photo. That's not to say I wouldn't "get it" without the title. Just that it suggests the photographer's intention. I wouldn't say the title "encapsulates" the photo, because there are other nuances. I won't enumerate them.

Anyway, very well done. Very provocative.

Gentlemen:

Thank you very much for your comments. I found this surprising mannequin in a storefront close to where I live, while on an after-dinner walk. Somebody at that store has an aesthetic that resonates with mine.

Crawdiddy, I am yet unsure as to what to title this photograph. Silence was the best that I could come up with at short notice. However, as you have rightly (in my mind) mentioned, there are several other nuances to this figure. That suffocating envelope of gauze is evocative of some untold horrors lying underneath. My mind spins its own morbid tales upon seeing this.

I am debating whether to ask somebody at the store what the reason for this peculiar adorning of the mannequin truly is.
