Single Lug Pen

I recently bought a used one for $15.00 , i have'nt developed the roll of film but after looking at a few others after the fact i think i may have gotten burned because it looks like whoever owned it first had hogged it out to become something of a compact 35mm camera. The roll was sent out for developing so i guess ill see if i got burned or not.

Anyone else ever find a half frame modified as such or have any images from one mangled to shoot a full frame of film?

I figure that if thats the case it will have some sort of frame overlap since the travel is no different than if it were a half frame. I'm hoping this half assed modification doesnt kill its ability to be a half frame as its such a wonderful feeling camera .

They are indeed cool, but sadly some people (namely the ones who ream out a Pen in such a way) are not. I've seen it a few times.. always irritating. At least you didn't spend a lot on it. If you're feeling super-adventurous, you could pick up a trashed two-lug Pen and swap the chassis.

Its a shame that its ruined , had the roll developed and it ended up looking like some sort of jangled holgarama in much clearer focus.
Oh well now at least i know i dont too badly at scale focus and will have to find another fixed lense pen , its just the right size to carry everywhere
