I heard from a very reliable source that this site is being sold to one of the sponsers hence the update to servers.
Is this true?

It is true, I cannot tell a lie. I would like to thank everyone too. Based on the nature of the recent posts the buyer, still needs to be nameless, is offering the Moderators full time jobs with 6 figure salaries.

Don't forget to check where the decimal point is.
