I haven't been in Montreal for years and was missing it. But I was lucky to return to existing customer and managed to take some shots while walking from new Alt hotel to our old customer at Griffintown, which is under re-developing.
And +1. One of the reason for Montreal to be great is beer. In GTA every new and fancy microbrewery beer they made these days tastes like IPA. But Montreal's brewers are those who crafts different beers, not just labels.
All taken with Konica 28 off-road camera on Polinan F film and printed on Ilford Deluxe MG III 5x7.

It is easy to miss it twice. First with camera, then with prints

So, out of focus was intentional for the effect?

Well, none of them are OOF. One is with motion blur.
But I really appreciate what you have noticed.
I think, it is more on the dull, or something like this side.
The lens on this camera isn't sharp always, film is cheap and paper is old.
And it seems what prints scans are always less sharp comparing to original prints.
But, personally, this is what I like to share these days.
Cheers,
Ko.

I'm always interested in what kind of photos people like.
Your images above are not good or bad, they're just what they're. While I might not be a fan, I'm sure someone will come along to say 'nice shots'.
