That's the most minimal of the minimalist camera styles I've ever seen. It makes the Leicas look cluttered. And yes, my experience of Tessars is that they are good.

I was tempted a few months ago with a Werra - the one with the rangefinder. It was for £50 but I passed on it as the lens unit seemed a bit wobbly. Nothing that couldn't be fixed I suppose.

There is something wonderful about manual control and simplicity. I loved my Bessa L & CV 25/4 Snap-Shot.
Right now I'm saving my pennies for a Fuji GS645W. Big enough negatives I can use my flatbed and push myself back into a darkroom.

I have a Werra 1 and a Werra 3, both excellent pieces of the 1960's photo design of the former DDR, and the Carl Zeiss Jena Tessars, well, little left to be said.
