Only 2-3 days supply? I am shocked, SHOCKED! Sneaky knows you need at least a six month supply of foodz to give you time to hunt the steak creatures.

I went out early yesterday morning to photograph the Rose of Sharon flowers that grow along my driveway. Sneaky followed me out to supervise, as he often does. He allows me to do very little without feline supervision.
When I got done, he came back inside and demanded food!
This is the photo I took while Sneaky watched.
My grandma planted these bushes many, many years ago. My son and I and Sneaky live in the house my mother grew up in. When her mother died, my mom and her brother inherited the house and sold it to my son.

He didn't demand food till he went back in. He followed me out to watch me work. I'm not allowed to do anything without feline supervision. Photography, cooking, laundry, washing dishes, peeing, pooping, showering....

Please remember that feline supervision is necessary. We Two-Legs are such bumbling, foolish creatures that we would certainly make an even worse disaster of things if our feline masters didn't keep a close watch on us. Face it, we can't even catch mice!

I made this photo of Sneaky sitting by a pile of my books in the living room last night. He had been licking his paws and washing his ears until I got out the camera; then he stared at me with his usual “Stop taking pictures and go fill my food bowl, filthy peasant” look on his face.
Sneaky now has nearly 500 followers on Instagram! He's more popular than I am. My Instagram for my fine-art photography only has 260 followers. Sneaky is nearly twice as famous as I am!

I like Sneaky's giant toy centipede. We have real ones here in NM that grow almost as large.
And any cat who curls up with a Walker Evans book is OK with me!

I remember those "Tiger Centipedes" when I lived in New Mexico. Nasty looking things. I love Spiders, but not centipedes. We have a big collection of toy spiders, scorpions, insects, and centipedes. My son has always been interested in creepy crawlies. His favorite toy when he was a little kid was a beanie baby called Hairy The Spider. Hairy was different than most beanie babies because he was so realistic.
Years ago, Mack found a video on YouTube of a guy with a Scolopendria Gigantea that ate MICE. This species is the world's largest centipede and has venom strong enough to kill people. So glad they only live in South America!
Sneaky likes my books. I have nearly 3000 books, so my house is full of them.

And if you get tired of Pal K's Hobo spiders, I've got lots of Black Widows I can send your way. Not to mention a bunch of Brown Recluses that love to hang out in the woodpile. Oh, and scorpions; lots of scorpions, if your interested. Tarantulas, anyone? And rattlesnakes. And Velvet ants. And so forth... As you may recall, NM is just full of friendly critters!
We've also got some mighty mean rednecks, too....

No thanks. Our Indiana spiders are all harmless.
School cafeterias have the best roaches! When I was teaching, the schools all had roaches.
When I lived in Santa Fe, I saw black widows all the time. Never saw a scorpion or a rattlesnake, though. People in Santa Fe said scorpions were uncommon there because of the high altitude. Down in Albuquerque, 2000 feet lower than Santa Fe, friends told me that they had scorpions in their houses all the time!

Sneaky inconveniencing the humans.
This morning, Sneaky was stretched out across the doorway to my basement stairs. This ensured that no one could pass without tripping; he is a very long kitty!

My son gave Sneaky a bowl of canned cat food this afternoon, and he rejected it. He sat on his “Feed Me” stool with his back to the food and refused to eat. He knew we had MEAT in the refrigerator, and he was NOT going to settle for anything less!
The stool upon which Sneaky is sulking is called the “Feed Me” stool because Sneaky always jumps on it when he is hungry to signal to the humans that their feline master requires food.

He used to catch mice all the time, along with birds, shrews, and moles. He stopped killing over a year ago, got lazy. He finally killed another mouse a couple weeks ago. He never eats them; his kills are always left on the doorstep for me.
