it is this fast, set on macro, shot by my right hand while holding my youngest grandchild in my left arm, in open shade, iso 800, bw yellow filter settings:

AF is much better in a low light. Recently I'm shooting street almost exclusively in a MF setting (zone focusing) so I'm a bit bothered with the 2.0 firmware MF bug. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. I can't see postet pics btw. I'll check your gallery.

I was so happy with the latest 2.0 firmware providing impeccable autofocus, faster start up time and a few other goodies, but unfortunately my 13L series X100 developed the dreaded SAB syndrome 2 days ago after 1000 shots.
Bought it brand new 2 months ago at an appealing discount price. I knew was taking chances with such a serial number, but I decided it was well worth it, given the rebate.
Dropped it at the photo shop this afternoon. Hope Fuji France will provide a good and quick service.
I'm gonna miss it real bad, and can't wait to get it back asap.

Well, commiserations about the SAB problem, but if Fuji France are anything like Fuji UK, it will be back within about five or six days!

They're lovely. The middle, I think, being my favorite. I'm also taken with the firmware update -- astonishing, really how much of an improvement they managed to make.
