Oh yes. I'd say that's a very fair price. The 40/2 alone is worth some $250-300.

that's a great deal, depending on the condition of the gear.. basically, you got a 90mm lens thrown in for free!
now make sure you're aware of how the metering system works, as that frequently frustrates new CL users unless they read the instructions

quite relieved to hear that actually. stumbled upon this item only today, so didnt have much time to ask many questions. it fits the bill well for what i want, a decent but small-as-possible RF that i can tuck in my coat. im not overly interested in the 90/4 but will hang on to it first and see how it goes.
there was actually another CL at the same auction that eventually went for approx Euro 400 (total), and that one had a faulty RF and with only the 40/2 included.
Giddy as a schoolgirl right now. just waiting to sort out shipping/payment with the brokers and get the items shipped ASAP.

The CL is a great camera. I use it more often than my M4, because people are less likely to stare at it (though the M4 feels better, has a better veiwfinder). Best wishes! -brian

Sounds like an excellent deal to me if everything is in decent shape. I paid $595 combined for my CL ($325 -- RFF classifieds) and 90/f4 ($270 -- KEH EX condition).

thanks guys, we'll have to see exactly what the condition is when it gets here, but im not too fussed if its not minty fresh. COndition on the site was listed as 2-, 2 being good (like new, slight traces of use) and 3 being satisfactory (normal traces of use).
Here's whats in the box:
Leica CL with Both Lenses, 1973 Leitz, Wetzlar. No. 1317177. Summicron-C 2/40 mm, UV filter, lens hood, lens cap. - And: Elmar-C 4/90 mm, lens hood, lens cap, rear cap, soft leather case.
At least I save myself the trouble of looking for the funky filter!
