Since I bought the Veriwide, my GW690III has not been used. What is interesting, and very clever, is the Veriwide keeps a piece of film under the pressure plate when you are done 'rewinding' it. Intentionally so that there is always tension on the film roll until you unload the camera, to prevent fat rolls (the roll loosening up). I wish my GW had that feature because I've had several fat rolls with that camera, no matter how careful I am with it.
I also wish the Fuji had the silky smooth and quiet shutter release of the Veriwide.
