...and got a wacky idea!

I realised that my enlarger lenses are LTM and that my FED 5V is LTM, so I decided to see if I could fit an enlarger lens onto my FED. Lo and behold, it worked. The EL-Nikkor 50mm wouldn't fit, but the 75mm did! It looks extremely cool too! I took a couple of shots to see what (if anything) I will get...

So, has anyone else ever tried this? What did you get?

LOL
did you check where it actually focuses? Maybe you get a great macro lens :) after all, enlarging lenses are optimized for large magnification.

No, unfortunately the FED was already loaded with a roll of APX 100, so I just screwed the lens on and hoped for something interesting :D

After I finish the roll, I will check the focus without film in the camera.

I predict a negative with the most beautiful bokeh you've ever seen.... in fact, the whole negative will be bokeh! :D

hahaha...that made me chuckle too. good one walker.

Hey Walker, you win!!!

At f22 and f16, the image is the most beautiful bokeh you could wish to see :D

I can just make out the main objects in the negatives at f22. At f4, everything is just blobs!!!
