I was temporarily distracted by an OM-D which seems to do everything including the ironing and watching the kids - too much for me (but the babysitting function would be useful!)
The battery is charging and I bought the three primes. I'm looking forward to seeing how it compares to my M9 - it looks very easy to focus with M Mount lenses too.
The size is great and it's this along with the IQ that has tempted me.
I'll post something soon

Congrats. How is the evf? Any issues related to refresh lag? There were some initial complaints on the pre-production units, I have not heard anything about it since.

I haven't seen a XE in the shops yet but decided not to wait and was distracted by the free lens offer here in the UK. The OMD was considered but it felt so tiny in my hands, which are not huge themselves, I couldn't see myself enjoying it despite the lovely picture quality and focusing.
I don't think you'll be disappointed with the XE. If it's as much fun as my Pro1 then you'll love it.
