Yeah, it's a stock headshot, but that doesn't change what he is doing. But even that is the current paradigm in business. The old saw about keeping the best by paying extra rings a little hollow to me. I think it is just a self-serving excuse to rake more off the top before other stockholders get some little bit. Just my opinion of course.
