I recently got a copy of mine and my daughter's SoFoBoMo09 book printed by blurb. I'm actually pretty happy with the result, print not as good as I do myself, but OK for a book. It's a small square book about 50 pages in total and if anyone want to buy a copy(!) you can find it here.
I've only added a small markup to the lurb price, so I can share someting with Hannah if any actually get sold...

Mike, I thoroughly enjoyed your book. Congratulations to you and Hannah for completing the project. The printed book will be a life-long reminder to Hannah of a good time with her Dad and an early accomplishment.
