SoFoBoMo Starts July 1

Just a note to share that this year's SoFoBoMo (Solo Photo Book Month) starts on July 1. This initiative requires participating photographers to shoot, design, and produce a PDF book of at least thirty-five photographs in any contiguous thirty-one days between July 1 and August 31.

I've participated several years and always enjoy it. If you like short, immersive project work, I recommend it.

I'm super busy now, too. Even weekends aren't free.

After participating a number of times, one of the keys, I've found, is choosing a project that integrates well with your schedule. Getting thirty-five decent pics is a challenge and can require quite a bit of shooting time.
