Soft Images From The Fuji 670 11

I bought a second hand fuji 670 11 medium format camera second hand about 4 years ago. I have found that images produced from it are really soft and not the quality I would have expected from a camera of this quality, particualarly considering the fact it has a fixed lens.

Take it to Fuji to have it checked out would be your obvious answer.

Thankyou for the link. It did become too technical for me to understand though! In simole language, what was the conclusion?
