Software & Manual for Minolta Dimage Scan Elite F-2900

I have this old but in great condition Minolta Dimage Scan Elite F-2900 scanner that's missing the original software CD and manual.

I am hoping that these can be downloaded from somewhere and would greatly appreciate a hint as to where I should look. A Google search got me a link to the manual on ebay (~$30+) but no sight of the software.

I think I just found the software...

.... but, it turns out I only have the slide holder, so am looking for the film holder, Minolta part number 2882-240. I wonder if a film holder from another Minolta scanner would work with the F-2900?

I'll check with my local photo shop next week. He got a pile of Minolta stuff when they sold everything off after going out of the photo business. I have an F-2900 myself so I know which holder you need. Do you need the slide holder as well?

Awesome, I really appreciate it. I do have the slide holder, it's just the film holder that I am missing. I found this one on ebay but am not 100% sure it actually fits the F-2900.

That certainly looks like the right one. Mine doesn't have a part number on it (and there's no part number on the box or in the manual) so I can't say if it's the same as the one listed in the ad.
