I'm cross-posting a link here because the images are examples of Tri-X 400 both straight and pushed, as well as straight Pan F. I developed them myself, and scanned using my HP Photosmart S20 USB. It seems appropriate to share with this subforum the results of knowledge I gathered here.

I thought it might be cool to share my results using rather modest resources. (and I'm kind of proud of the shots 🙂 ) Some shots are ones that my friends insisted I share, so I hope you like.

I created a thread in the Critique section, but that thread is kind of DOA.

Tri-X in D-76 1+1 at ~68* for ~13 minutes is my start time for Tri-X at 1600.

Often, my cold tap water wasn't that cold, so I adjusted the time to reflect the water temp. In the summer I just use whatever the cold water is so the rinse bath is less hassle. Some days I use the fridge because the tap is too hot, so then I shoot for 68* again. I guess I'm trying to say I'm less of a scientist about it than a pragmatist, but I try to think about development and exposure every time I shoot a picture and do a roll.

Something I've been doing is to keep cold water in in the fridge, then poruing in small amounts of hot water until I reach the proper temp. Here's TMAX 100 in TMAX developer at 7.5 min.
