I saw le vrai rdu do it, so I though I'd give it a try. I had some HP5+ loaded and just went around town for a day.

They were developed in Rodinal 1:50 for 11 minutes, EI400. I'd really appreciate some composition help, maybe tell me how you would have taken the shot. Different angle, maybe crop the image?

Beautiful, especially that first image. It's so crisp, the sharpness and contrast really pull me in, I feel like I'm squinting into the sun from a seat on the bench.

Lovely shots.

Which lenses?

A friend of mine recently offered me a 500 CM plus 50, 80 and 150 lenses at a decent price - makes me think I should check if he still has the kit.

Nice idea to use a hasselblad for street shooting. Like them except #2. There those cut-in-the-middle-persons to the left an right disturb me a little.

Did you use eye level or WLF ? I always thought the WLF is the best street shooting accessory ever.

Superb, now this is the kind of "street-style" that I like, the images make me feel adventurous yet relaxed :)

Wonderful - I love the solitary pigeon in no 5, busily off to catch his next train

Please, take some more and show us here. Really lovely and inspirational: I have nagging thoughts about not using my 500c/m enough since getting it, now I must do something about it.

I like quite well n°2 great shot :)

the first and third one, imho you are too far, could have been a nice portrait :)

6, well , not good, no subject

last one, maybe I would try a crop, but imho it is not a fantastic shot

I would have added a bit contrast concerning the ones in the station, using "masquage" (what is the good word for ? )

Anyway, that was a very nice trip :) enjoyed to see you Martin :)

Martin,

You don't need any composition help, I think they all are perfect as is, except the 5th one, where I would have included more at the top and a little less at the bottom. That's a small complaint though, and others might disagree (the composition is not bad, just different than what I would have done). I will have to try that with my hasselblad. I usually use it on a tripod
