Since last september, I always have my Mju: II in the car with me. I give it all my old expired films. My Mju: II is 10 years old. I'm his first and unique user and I've made lots of pics with it. Much more than they could ever imagine to do with their Leica M9.
:p

Nice images, thanks for sharing.

A camera is only good when it's taking pictures.

After using the same camera for a while, you grow on the camera. I had a Leica M6 that I shoot and shoot for ages and then swapped for a M7 - got stolen. Then got myself a MP and shoot it and have a M8 as well.

I shoot both my MP and M8 quite regulary and have absolutly no interest at all in the M9 - actually I'm rallying money for a panoramic medium format film camera...

A MJU:II in action is always better than a M9 or M10 in the shelf...

Thanks Proenca. I have many cameras too. I use all of them, most of all my 6x6 systems. To me a camera has to be used. I like my cameras as an artisan likes his tools. I understand why certain people want to collect cameras and lenses, but most of all, what I love is producing pics. I would be very happy if i could buy a Leica M9, but I would not keep it at home, for sure.

The Mju-II is so inconspicuous but still packed from edge to edge with clever technology. Multi segment light metering, spot meter, automatic fill in flash under fluorescent ligthing, dual AF systems (and accurate and fast too), sharp lens. Only criticism I really have is that the software will quickly revert to the widest aperture (where the lens vignettes).

I brought my Mju-II to India last week, and boy did it get some exercise, especially in 'old' Delhi. It is well used and looks it, but it still behaved flawlessly.

Your pics show off the sheer quality of this little gem extremely well!

I also love my MJU-II/Stylus Epic.
Nice shots. I carry mine around in my backpack. It's also most used at the beach and on the boat, due to its weatherproofing and inexpensive qualities.
