Hi all,

I saw some exotic items offered recently on a Chinese site, and I think they are quite rare. Here is a Jupiter 38 75/4 M42 mount, and a Jupiter 39 135/5.6 M42 mount. The most unusual is a F 27 spy camera modefied from the famous F21 with some eletronics and a 24x24mm format. There is also a Zenit 10 SLR, but I think it looks exactly the same as a Zenit 11.

What do you think?😕 Has anyone tried one of those lenses?😀

Kind Regards

Zhang

Hi
I have neither the Zenit 10 or the Zenit 11, but the photo you posted makes me think it is a Zenit 11 (the shape of the rewind knob is similar). The Zenit 11 has a hot shoe (a Zenit 10 has not, AFAIK). The 11 was sold with the Helios 44M or 44M2, while the Zenit 10 had an Industar 50-2. The Zenit-11 is the only Zenit I know that has the "ZENIT" name written on the roof of the prism, above the lightmeter window.
But as the Zenit 10 is said to have been created to finish the stock parts of the ZEnit-E, so some variations are possible. This information was taken from Princelle's "bible", I hope it helps.
Best regards
Joao

Many thanks Joao! I guess I should read the "bible" more carefully.😀 I saw that you have a Kiev-10. I have a Kiev 15 TEE with a few accessary lenses, but I have never tried it yet. Have you used your Kiev-10?

Kind regards

Zhang
