Now that my barnack kit is back with me (two CLA's each for camera and lens) I was able to mount the SOOKY. It's a very well-built slab of brass. The window has integrated parallex correction. First the Summicron is collapsed and locked on infinity. Then the bayonet on the rear element of the lens (normally used to lock the lense in the open position) is fitted into the SOOKY and locked. (I think it's cool that Leitz engineered a device to utilize these bayonets.) Then this contraption is mounted like a normal screwmount lens. Focusing is via a lever on SOOKY, or you can still use your Summicron tab, they are right beside each other. Rectangular hoods are out, though, because your entire lens is now turning. What you are left with, then, is a focusing range from 17 inches to 3 1/2 feet. You can fill your frame with a sheet of letter size paper, about the same as a 135mm lens, but I'm standing a couple feet closer, it's a lot smaller, and I'm using my internal finder (with SOOKY's little rangefinder eye, of course). This is what it looks like (taken with my camera phone, sorry):
