Hi, yesterday I got this "little" toy - Koni Omega Rapid 100. After some operations I removed a film back and then tried to put it to its place. But there was one problem - this film back doesn't stand correctly to its place(I missed this detail when borrowed this camera). There is a gap between a camera and this @#%$@% film back at the right side near that funny crank. I tried everything but without any result. It seems to be all ok, but... I broke my brain and need help.

Not to state the obvious, but is the key on the back in the correct place? Make sure it is in the "Unlock" position and has not moved from there -- this seems to happen frequently.

Also, is the dark slide all the way in? Even partially removed, it acts as if it's not in place at all.

If neither of those is the problem, then I would suspect a problem with the back.

Note; 100 does not have a dark slide, that's only for the 200. Most likely it's the key in the lock position.

As for the film back problem... I don't know. Everything is fine(geometrically). As I can understand, a problem may be in light trap or near(but all is clear). I moved back in different way and found, that it locks in area near right screw(on the bottom - see 1st photo). But what kind of problem? I don't know. The only way - another film back from Omega 200(are they identical?)

It does have a dark slide, but on the 100 that's only for removing the lens; I couldn't remember if it had to do with the back or not.

Is the film spool holder sticking in the wrong position, by any chance?

Note; 100 does not have a dark slide, that's only for the 200. Most likely it's the key in the lock position.

Look in the grooves of the back, or in the mating surfaces on the camera to see if there is something stuck in there.

Also, you could try pulling the winding lever all the way out, then seeing if the back will mount correctly. Normally, the pressure plate moves away from the film and tension on the film is released when winding lever is pulled out. When you push the lever back in, the pressure plate will push back down on the film. If you work the lever with the back off the camera, you should see the pressure plate move a little. I'm wondering if something is off on the mechanism that moves the pressure plate. Normally, you can mount the back with the winding lever in as the tension is not that stiff.
