Getting getting ready to purchase a set of spanner wrenches to open up the lens of my Canonet 19. Any recommendations on where to buy from (I'm thinking Micro-Tools) and what set I should get?

I have the wrench that's adjustable for width (span) and uses the interchangeable blades. I have four sets of different blades. It's not a cheap set but it should last a lifetime if I don't lose them. 🙂
However, there are some lenses with deep-set collars that don't have the room for the shafts of my spanner wrench to pass. That's when I wish I had the spanners with long slender prongs or long thin blades which aren't offered.

Hi,
I find that the best tool is a pair of needle point pliers with the tips ground down. They are much easier to use than spanner wrenches and also a lot cheaper. I know many others including pros tend to use these rather than even the expensive wrenches.
