Certainly a rare Bessa, indeed. I spotted one recently on the Yahoo Japan auctions and posted a thread about it over in the Nikon forum (thread is here).

I think it was Robert White that had a blue one - rather cool-looking - not sure if it was R3 og R2.

For collectors, so far the rarest R2S and R2C are the 25 olive bodies made for the Tokyo Used Camera Show (2/26-3/3/2003) and engraved ICS for the Imported Camera Society.

This seller seems to own quite a lot of special editions from Voigtlander. I love this green one but it's way off budget for me. What a shame.

Looks like the set on Yahooo Japan didn't sell either..
