Jorge, check your shutter speeds. I had a 5000 (not an E, though) and the shutter speed range was 1-1000 plus bulb.

Sorry Jorge! The Lynx 5000 and 5000e have 1/1000 shutters while the Lynx 14 and 14e have a 1/500 maximum speed.
