And there is more than a hint of flower-blossom smell in the air. According to LFI Leica has embraced the 4/3 system. That would mean a new Leica DSLR system beside the DMR and M. The cover of LFI reads:Four Thirds first lens for Leica's new digital platform .According to Leica's Marius Eschweiler, this is a new system meant for the discerning amateur and will supplement the current range. My interpratation a prosumer digital system with Leica lenses, probably Leica bodies and affardable Panasonic bodies. Very interesting to see what develops!

This is more: Leica is announcing a whole new Leica system, with a range of lenses and camera's. They haven't done so since the sixties. Panasonic is just the entry-level body.
