That's pretty much how my daughter has described her front yard. They have huge piles of snow on their front lawn that were pushed off their parking spaces and sidewalk. What part of Edmonton are you in? My daughter has been renting in Rundle Heights for the past five years but she and her husband just bought a house down in Gold Bar. We're going to be back there in late May or early June and we're wondering whether all the snow will be melted by then...

i'm deep north after living deep south for the past 12 years...
the snow is usuallyy gone by now or mostly gone by now...it's been a longer than usual winter and a slow starting spring.

Looks more or less like mine too, and I´m 12 hours away as a 747 flies. A month ago I went to Banff for a fortnight's skiing and it was 25-35C below when we came and 0C when we left. I hear they got 2 feet of snow these last few days. Poor sods. 😉
