Square Lens Hood Caps

I was wondering what the part number of the lens cap for the 12524 hood (pre-asph 2/35 Summicron) is, and whether there are any substitutes that work well?

I know the 14043 cap for the asph summicron will work, but apparently has a tendedncy to fall off.
