Steinheil Culminar 135/4.5 disassembly?

I need to cannibalize a Culminar 135/4.5 in LTM -- take off the
lens/diaphragm and replace it with an old meniscus lens. I had
read that the 135 Culminars were designed with a removable
lens for use with a bellows, but the only part that comes off on
mine, so far as I can tell, is the front element -- the diaphragm
and rear element are not budging.

Any advice?

Grab the barrel in one hand, the aperture ring in the other and the whole head should unscrew from the body.

How did you get yours apart? I have one that needs cleaning. Joe
