Placed two orders with Mr. Gandy.
Both of them have been with outstanding service!
I ordered a Zhou case for a Leica M-4 last Saturday December 8, 2012. He shipped it on Saturday and I received it Monday December 10, 2012. This is from California to Minnesota.
I subsequently placed another order with Mr. Gandy on Friday December 14 and he shipped the order complete Saturday December 15, 2012.
Kudos to you Steve Gandy.
I highly recommend others consider buying from his business.

I've bought a bunch of Voigtländer lenses and adapters, an M2 rewind crank and a softie from Stephen and it's been a delight to do business with him!
He even coordinated between Sean Reid and myself to exchange a lens that I'd loaned to Sean and that had some flaws. The replacement Stephen sent was utterly flawless and arrived toot sweet.

I've bought some VC lenses and one of the very first m43 to M mount adapters, from him, each time with excellent results. Keep in mind he runs a completely manual operation, so don't expect 24/7 instant gratification, but in terms of carrying the full VC line (and then some), there is no competition.
