Humm, I assume there are no stereo interested people here...
3D photography catched my attention long time ago when I first saw an old red and blue postcard. Since then experienced stereo photography with a pair of Contaxes II, then with a pair of Cannons, and finnally with a pair of Nikons attached to an aluminium frame, and conected by special cable release or electrical connections.

I must admit that 3d Photography comes and goes, and people gets tired of it, for some time to rediscover it 20 years later, and so.

I love architectural 3d photography.
And the worse is when you see 3d pictures of people that have passed away... they look like plastic figures...
Perhaps it is me that finds a contradiction in these pictures. On one hand 3D gives lifelike realism, but there is something disturbing when the subject is people that has gone.

Today there is no 3D camera under production... so this custom bessa seems a great option!

I have not seen the RBT S3A, but I have seen the RBT S2, the successor to the RBT S1. Quite an interesting camera. Here's a picture I took of it.

It's basically two camera fused together with one meter and expose on the same film in two different location.

If I recall correctly, you can look at both view finder and they both works. Adjustment needs to be only done on one of the two lenses and the other lens will be adjusted via a coupling. The setup is definitely something that will benefit from a tripod setup and plenty of time for fine adjustments.

Cheers,
