We have a moderation gap between ~00:00 and 12:00 UTC — ideally would be great to have a couple more, located in Asia, Oceania, or early Europe

There actually is very little true moderation, it's mostly approving new posts and moving posts into their proper forums.

It’s easy, as we have no problem members. 😊

Mostly involves deleting new (yet to be visible) spam posts, moving threads into their correct forums.

And if problems do occur we discuss things in a moderator forum before taking action.

You’re here every day anyway, so how about giving back to the community like it has benefited you over the years?
