I know some just use water when developing film, do you really need it with print paper? I am out and hoplessly addicted to printing.... No local place to get it.
 
Why not just make your own with vinegar & water? Stop is just a simple acidic mixture. I did this years ago.

I am sure you can google the required dilution. It need only be approximate.
 
The main function of an inexpensive acid stop bath is to stop the development action of the "basic" developer and save the (expensive) acid fixer from developer carryover. I think you can dilute table vinegar 1:1 for this purpose (check on internet). Discard after 10 8x10 prints per liter.
