You have a nice variety of different sorts of 35 lenses, and that's a good thing.
A Pre-ASPH might be a fine addition, sorry to say, though maybe treading somewhat on the Biogon. Well, an earlier pre-ASPH wouldn't so much... like the v1 for instance.
I have the v1 (don't think I'll ever sell it, my first M lens, and I've had it so long), an f/2 Biogon, the CV 1.4, and a Summilux ASPH; it's a pretty nice mix of different "looks", plus I do appreciate the compact size of the v1 and Nokton.
So... which version pre-ASPH will you end up with?

What works for me most of the time, is buying books when I feel I need to buy some gear which I really don´t need. Then I spend less money, gets more inspired to shoot - and actually use the gear I have got already...

It's too late for me, I took the plunge and bought one on Ebay a month ago. Might I suggest that you stay away from there, I was half considering a V3, then spotted a V4 that was very good value with little time to go, before I know it I was bidding on it and won it for a price that can no longer be considered good value...
Congrats, Kywong on the acquisition of a legendary lens! Hopefully it won't need service upon receipt, which would boost the overall cost further.

I just had an interesting 'episode' - that's made me stop and really think about all this 'lens lusting', I picked up a Konica FT1 ( evil SLR! ) and three primes, for less than the price of a night out ( and I don't cost her much! ). Those AR Hexanons, that cost peanuts, have absolutely blown me away!, and made me wonder about some of the big money purchases ( mistakes? ) I've made over the years!....if only they would fit the M2.......but SLR - or no....boy!..will they get used!
Dave.
Dave, you and I both, if you ever have a chance to pick up the UC Hexanon 80-200/4 zoom for your FT1, do it. You won't regret it.
Ok, back to mega-expensi... I mean *proper* RF lenses

how can i stop you when i can't stop myself?
I can't stop myself either. Guess its normal to not pay my car rego or buy proper food for myself. Now I find my digital gear is sitting in the cupboard not being used. I called up my second home (the local pro camera shop) and I asked if they could sell my digital gear. They asked me how many shutter releases had my 1DS Mk2 fired off? I have no idea, but it determines your resale value. I use my digital gear for other people, not for myself. I own an MP with 35mm summicron. But many times I want different speed film or another focal length. I use my old nikon fm with a lovely 85mm 1.4 but the shutter is too noisy for my style of photography. I can't stop myself. I need another body and lens and I very much like the look of the newish 28mm Ultron f2 from Voigtlander. Body; maybe a M6......

Or save some money and get a v3. I have one up on the classifieds right now
Not the bokeh king but exceptionally beautiful and supposedly a better build quality than the v4.

As far as I understand (which is not too much in these issues), it might make sense to have a PRE-ASPH lens because it has a different signature, but doesn't make much sense keeping both the new Summicron and the Biogon.
So, I'd sell the Biogon if I wanted another 35mm lens....

yes you are right
buddhist teachings tell me that desire creates suffering, therefore, am I right to assume that if I buy one, I will no longer desire and experience no suffering?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO........STOP IT BEN MARKS
The Asph is sharper, the Nokton is faster, the biogon probably has that Zeiss soft sharpness loveliness thing going on. So what is left for the Pre Asph to outperform in?
I bet if I took tested all four lenses, you would hardly be able to pick out which was which and if I then told you which was which, you would find yourself thinking that the minor differences/advantages beween four such good lenses actually didn't matter as much as you had imagined it would anyway.
On the other hand Ben, you only get one go around .....
