1 camera and 1 lens and 1 battery is all you get, what would it be ?

My choice Hasselblad 503 + 80mm CF ....

Normally I would go for the 135 format camera (Nikon FM3a + 50mm 1,4), much easier to transport not to speak about the weight issue, but then again 120 film is the easiest to spool .... (hehehehehe)

Since this is RFF.. shouldn't we be restricted to RF's only 🙂

I'll take a 4x5 Press Camera like a Speed Graphics, Busch Pressman or a Linhof Technika(sp?) and probably a mild wide angle. No spooling required.

If you were stuck on a desert island and you could only have three cars, what would they be.

Leica M4 (No batteries and you can always use the sunny sixteen rule on the island) and the Noctilux (to start campfires with.)

Leica M2 with Jupiter-8. No battery needed.
But rather BEssa R + J8. Battery needed but only for the metering.

Mamiya 7ii and 80mm lens and one of those tiny batteries to put in it that lasts a very long time.

If I feared the stay would be way too long for the battery, I would take an M2 and a CV Heliar 50.

Battery you say? Hmmm, let me look at my gear for a minute....
Kiev 4a + J8-no battery. Zorki 3m + J8-no battery. I know I've got an electrofied camera here somewhere...Oh,yeah, the Vivitar 35EE and my G III Canonet. I like both of 'em but not as my only choice.
So the only battery I'll be taking will be for my Grundig SW radio.

My Grundig takes like 8 batteries! 🙂 Any camera? MP, then, with a Noc. 😉
I use mine with an AC adaptor so I don't actually remember how many batteries it uses. 4 AA's maybe?
I thought Elizabeth Hurley was coming along on this trip? Need some body to pedal the bicycle generator! 😀

Oh, and I'd take the Zorki and Industar 26(50mm).
