Strange forum behavior

I am getting this debug info at the bottom of nearly every thread that I view today. This doesn't look like info meant for a forum user. I am using Google Chrome browser on Windows 7.

Well, got no problems with forum speed, but where "random gallery pics" gone?

Random gallery pics may have gone if forum performance is on the fritz, I know this was an issue in the past.
