If you can live with the news story a few years from now of how her husband and she split up and her city law firm dumped her and it all began with that photo, which went 'viral', then sure.

Gotta say, if my husband divorced me and my city law firm fired me, because of a photo of me from a few years back topless on a beach minding my own business, I'd probably be looking for a new husband and job regardless...

If I may be so flagrantly bold as to state the obvious, women/girls/females who do not want their "teats" to be seen around the world need to keep their "teats" covered when at the beach and other public places.
