Street Photography magazine issue

I found out about this on Chris Weeks' blog, and downloaded a free copy of the current issue on Street Photography last night. Many of the photos are quite good, and the magazine is well-done. JPGmag is a flickr based group.

The subscription rate for the print version is not bad at around $14/yr (you get a $10 coupon when you join JPGmag.com). The only thing keeping me from taking out a subscription is that the printing is by LULU. 🙁

If anyone has seen the print version, pls comment on the photo print quality, especially on b&w images (was there a purple cast?).

Well worth checking out.

I got a free copy from JPG Mag, the pics are printed well, I thought the BW were a little muddy looked fine. It's kinda cool.

JPGmag is nice site, but they don't like to deliver prizes internationally (postage fee is too costly. I got message of this kind)

I think I read somewhere on their site that they are no longer using LULU. Double check it. I'm pretty certain that they're not.

This is my new favorite magazine ... I think I am going to subscribe because the bookstores around here never consistently have it when the new issues come out

The Last issue "Embrace The Blur" was phenomenal and alot of good information on toy cameras especially Diana knock-offs
