Just wondering if anyone would happen to now if street photography is legal in Boston, or the surrounding town? Or if it goes by state..if its legal in Massachusetts?
Case, your not sure, street photography is basically taking candid photos of strangers sometimes with their knowledge, sometimes without.

When I lived in Massachusettes it was legal, and essentially it's a constitutional right! Whenever a local government tries to ban it they always lose in court. There's some Boston, New Bedford, and Provincetown street photography on my blog. A day or two ago I posted a tight shot on my blog http://thepriceofsilver.blogspot.com of a motorcycle cop writing a ticket in Provincetown. There's another shot showing a uniformed cop looking on at a bunch of anti nuclear bomb protestors, also shot rom quite close.
