street shooting (finally)

First chance to use the RD-1 as it must be used, on the street. This was a celebration of graffiti art on 11 Spring St. in NYC. It's been a mecca for this activity for decades. The building is being made into condos, of course, and some artists, (the guy in the 1st pic was the ringleader) called together the troops for a final fling. Today was the last day the public could view it, brought 3000 + people. I only could get inside for a few shots, but the street scene was great. Here's some, all with the leica 28/2.8 asph. best...Peter

Greats shots and color and I agree- street photography (and photo documentary) is where RF cameras shine.

How weird... I just saw that location for the first time the other day (Dec. 14)... had no idea about such a thing happening!
