This is the first chance that I had to use my M6 in Europe. Here in Houston, there is not much life on the streets, so I use the M6 for other things. I used the CV40mm and Chinese made BW400 C41 film. Processing and scanning are costco.

Nice! Hope you enjoyed the city, looks like you caught it in nice weather.. which is quite rare here (although we're having a great summer at the moment) 🙂
I took out my M6 yesterday on its maiden city trip!

I am going there in a month and was going to take my m6 and a lot of film vs. a pro dslr. I was going to take all my lenses (15, 28, 35, 50, 90). From your gallery, it looks like a wider than would be very beneficial. Do you wish you had something wider?

Well if any of you want to get a beer sometime and go on a photo trip in the evening let me know, I'm always in for some street shooting.

In answer to wider ..... The 40 is just right for the way that I like to shoot my version of street. As I get the time, I will get my G1 sets up. On the same trip, I used the G1 in both Paris and Amsterdam.

My preference is the CV 40 on the M6, the 25mm on the G1 gives a 50 FOV, and when I use the Zoom, I tend to set it close to a 40mm FOV, or 20mm.

The wides have never really moved me, obliviously, YMMV!
