Stuck Adapter

I received a T2 adapter for Olympus OM today and it is stuck on the camera. It as knob that it appears you press to release the adapter, but it does not move.

Any help is appreciated.

Just release the adapter with the lens release on the camera, and twist off the adapter like a lens. Not that "knob".

The knob is the lens release.
Olympus doesn't have a body release.

Is it possible to see the rear of the adapter & release lever from the back of the camera? Doubtful but who knows?

Thanks guys. It is the release and works. It's just very stiff and moves maybe couple of millimeters to release. It pushes well back into your finger before it moves and the pain masks the few millimeters of movement. 🙂

Go down to the grocery store, and find you some rubber jawed jar openers. That will grip the outsides, possibly also hold down the button, and give you some leverage to turn the adapter.
