You can send the camera for a repair to remap the hot/stuck pixels, this can be for free of cost within the warranty period; it's basically a firmware fix.
Otherwise, you can take a dark image (with the lens cap on) at various ISOs and subtract the dark image from your pictures -- this can be done with various image editing software tools.
