My Olympus 35 LC shutter broke yesterday. I will have it serviced but not sure when, I need to travel to the capital. I have no time and budget for that yet.
Last night, in desperation, I slided the self-timer lever a bit, not all the way thru, and since the shutter doesn't fire anymore it's stuck.
Given I don't know when I'll have the camera serviced (could be months), will the self-timer get damaged? Maybe some spring will lose its tension? Or there's nothing I should worry about?
